Remote Account Executive

Job Summary

To support operational excellence in payment transaction processes, the full-time Remote Account Executive will manage partner relationships, provide day-to-day support, and ensure compliance while resolving complex issues in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support for card transaction processing and related issues
• Lead and coordinate the onboarding and decommissioning of participants in the network, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
• Execute strategic initiatives and report on system issues impacting partners, recommending improvements as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is a must
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with strong domain knowledge in payment transaction flows
• Proven ability to manage partner relationships and resolve complex operational challenges
• Experience coordinating compliance and certification processes
• Familiarity with infrastructure initiatives and system migrations in a payment processing context
