Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- UtilizIing Dynamics CRM System to Manage Lead, Opportunity and Account Activity
- Enhancing sales opportunities by capitalizing on knowledge of business or industry technology trends
- Providing Weekly Revenue Forecasts and Track Forecast Accuracy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years Software sales experience in the areas of HRMS, Payroll, HR
- Ability to interact and sell at the C-level
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Working knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, Benefit Management, ESS, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Talent Management and Learning Management
