Yva.ai taps into the corporate digital footprint of employees' activities (like communications patterns in Microsoft Office 365 or G-Suite) and uses Deep Learning methods pre-trained on company's historical data to predict employee turnover and generate significant HR-related insights.
Berkeley Search Consultants has been consulted by Yva.ai to conduct a search for two (2) Regional Account Executive positions remotely based in the Western and Eastern region of the United States. Position Profile
Our client, Yva.ai is seeking (2) Account Executives with the passion, vision, and drive to execute the revenue, strategies, goals and objectives defined by the organization, including the execution of sales plans for short and long-term goals. The Account Executives should be technologically savvy and are able to navigate through complicated sales environments. Being an AI driven company, Yva.ai requires candidates who can understand and grasp the knowledge of AI/Deep Learning/Neural Networks and its importance in the modern world. They are looking for an individual who can help them achieve or exceed their assigned revenue goals and contribute to the company's growth.
The Account Executives will work with existing/new customers/potential customers and act as a consultant and subject matter expert for Yva.ai product services, help with product marketing and demand generation strategy into multiple vertical segments for B2B. This executive will have a close working relationship with senior management and cross function teams. They will be expected to contribute to the strategic and tactical success of the business. The Account Executives must provide outstanding sales leadership and direction to the group to ensure it achieves financial targets and ultimately drive growth objectives.
Qualifications Required
Passionate about software sales and technology in a startup environment.
A proven track record of driving and closing deals within software or technology space.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Proven track record of selling to B2B, C-level and multi-level selling including technical and nontechnical audience like VPs/Directors, CTO's, CFO's, CEO and Human Resource Departments.
Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, fast-paced, high growth, can be scrappy, creative & resourceful while also building structure and process.
Identify customer- specific product opportunities.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Prefer experience within HR software related solution sales or cloud base, AI base software product sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to effectively communicate with peers, superiors and reports both verbally and in written format. (Presentations, business communication, leading meetings internally and externally and executive briefings).
5+ years of Software or Technology Sales / Account Executive experience in a similar field.
Strategic thinker, with proven ability to anticipate and plan for the long-term while achieving near term objectives.
Strong consultative sales experience including strong knowledge of Sales trends, best practices and repeatable processes that work effectively in a world-class sales environment.
Advanced level knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelors' Degree required (Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field); Master's Degree preferred.
