Job Summary

A full-service fleet management business is seeking a Remote Account Fleet Coordinator in Cleveland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as a local, knowledgeable resource for an assigned book of Fleet Management clients
  • Managing all administrative and sales support tasks related to the client base
  • Creating, updating and distributing client lease documents and field related questions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
  • Must reside in Cleveland, Ohio or the surrounding Ohio counties
  • Must have 3+ years of logistics, supply chain or prior client, sales, or vendor support experience
  • Must have 3+ years of successful experience with problem resolution or analyzing data
  • Must have at least 1 year of successful client communication or experience in collaboration
  • Must have basic computer skills
