Job Summary
A full-service fleet management business is seeking a Remote Account Fleet Coordinator in Cleveland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as a local, knowledgeable resource for an assigned book of Fleet Management clients
- Managing all administrative and sales support tasks related to the client base
- Creating, updating and distributing client lease documents and field related questions
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
- Must reside in Cleveland, Ohio or the surrounding Ohio counties
- Must have 3+ years of logistics, supply chain or prior client, sales, or vendor support experience
- Must have 3+ years of successful experience with problem resolution or analyzing data
- Must have at least 1 year of successful client communication or experience in collaboration
- Must have basic computer skills
