Job Summary
A payroll software company is seeking a Remote Account Maintenance Specialist I in Lake Mary.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain SUI rates, account numbers and deposit frequencies in payroll and tax systems
- Record keeping of all SUI rates and EIN documents
- Import demographic and pay history data into tax application
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-2 Years General Office Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(especially Excel)
- Ability to work in fast paced yet detailed environment
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- High level of integrity
