A healthcare staffing company has an open position for a Remote Account Management Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading, training and developing the Account Manager Liaisons and Account Management Team
- Researching and assisting with issues and escalate accordingly
- Assisting in resolving booking issues related to other departments such as payroll, housing, QA, and accounting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years' management experience in healthcare staffing
- Engage others with clarity, transparency, and care
- Able to manage production metrics
