Job Summary
A pharmacy benefits and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Account Management Health Plan Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a Senior Advisor to assigned client book of business
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Government Programs, Compliance ,Clinical, and Member Services to ensure all requirements (e.g. operational, communication, contractual) are met
- Recommending and supporting operational projects and system enhancements that support the health plan book of business
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business or related field
- Proven industry experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree PBM experience, with focus in account management
- Health Plan Government Programs knowledge, including Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Commercial Health Plans and the Affordable Care Act
- Proven strong data analysis and presentation skills
- Proven strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement and strong operational focus
