Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Account Management Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading a team of Account Managers in prospecting and demand generation through both out-bound and in-bound campaigns
• Supervising quote generation and support Customer E-Commerce activities
• Assesing team members' skills, build development plans and ensure the team works to their full potential

Qualifications Include:

• BS or Technical Degree desired
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing a distributed Sales team
• Proven track record of exceeding Sales quota and other strategic goals
• Inside sales experience as an individual contributor or Sales Manager
• Experience working for a telecom equipment manufacturer or service provider beneficial
