Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Account Management Manager.

Must be able to:

• Set the targets and quotas for each Account Manager based on the business goals and the strategy for the named accounts
• Consolidate performance and results reports and make suggestions for improvements
• Approve the OKRs established by each Account Manager

Required Skills:

• Business, Communications, or Marketing Degree
• A professional that have extensive knowledge of the function and department process
• A leader who has demonstrated the ability to motivate and manage the performance of the sales/AMs teams
• 8+ years of sales/account management experience
• Ability to use CRM platform to track and report opportunities and key metrics
• Ability to communicate and build relationships within the internal stakeholders
