Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Account Management Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for orchestrating customer retention and growth
- Accurately forecast expansion revenue and mentor team to quota achievement
- Develop standard methodologies and process strategies to help the Account Management team scale
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ year experience leading teams of Customer Success Managers and/or Account Managers
- 5+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success function
- Track record of making your team successful and facilitating their individual skill development
- Systems problem solver who loves to continuously improve the teams SOPs and operational efficiency
- Ability to lead and interpret customer behavior/data to build valuable business outcomes
