Job Summary

A creator commerce company is filling a position for a Remote Account Management Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing a planned and pro-active working relationship
  • Building and owning long-term / JBP partnership frameworks
  • Ensuring exceptional Customer Success based on both objective and qualitative KPIs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 8-10 years client leadership experience
  • Grow and maintain exceptional relationships with senior clients
  • Pro-actively bring solutions, ideas and education to clients
  • Comfortable selling, presenting, leading, public speaking
  • Astute commercial skills
  • Sound understanding of the creator economy
