Job Summary

A live video streaming service company is filling a position for a Remote Account Management Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing through a complicated artist relationship to make sure a show can still be produced
  • Creating a new process for how account managers address recurring artist questions
  • Developing a strategy for how to choose which artists to work with and at what level

Qualifications Include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 2+ year of management experience
  • Strong understanding of best practices, trends and conventions related to program management and production
  • Strong understanding of marketplace businesses
  • Experience working / interfacing with product partners
