Job Summary

A customer service company is in need of a Remote Account Management Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing existing business accounts
  • Creating, maintaining and executing on 1-3 year plan
  • Preparing complete, accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Meet face to face with assigned clients and prospects
  • 2 or more years’ experience in the BPO sector with knowledge in the account management
  • Bachelor’s degree, will consider equivalent combination of education and experience for the right candidate
  • Working with operations to ensure team is meeting contractual expectations
  • Trusted advisor with ability to manage client expectations throughout the duration of client engagement
  • Strategize and develop practices to effectively create, communicate and deliver customized sales opportunities
