Job Summary
A customer service company is in need of a Remote Account Management Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing existing business accounts
- Creating, maintaining and executing on 1-3 year plan
- Preparing complete, accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions
Position Requirements Include:
- Meet face to face with assigned clients and prospects
- 2 or more years’ experience in the BPO sector with knowledge in the account management
- Bachelor’s degree, will consider equivalent combination of education and experience for the right candidate
- Working with operations to ensure team is meeting contractual expectations
- Trusted advisor with ability to manage client expectations throughout the duration of client engagement
- Strategize and develop practices to effectively create, communicate and deliver customized sales opportunities
