A logistics company has an open position for a Remote Account Management Specialist in Bensenville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing, defining, and maintaining global account collections processes and procedures
• Facilitating billing accuracy and timely resolution of billing errors through guidance on processes
• Identifying potential process waste and facilitating process improvements to streamline business process

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of EI operations, systems, and processes, and culture
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
• Ability to balance and effectively prioritize multiple deadlines
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communications, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion
• Ability to work productively both independently and in a team environment
