Job Summary
To build lasting client relationships, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic Account Plans while regularly reporting on revenue and headcount growth
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to promote and sell services
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience in developing long-term client relationships
