Job Summary
Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities and upselling prospects
- Utilize sales tools to convert leads into clients and establish rapport through effective communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans and ensure quality presentations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational abilities
- Experience as a Software Engineer or related IT degree is a plus
