Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, conduct market research for upselling opportunities, and negotiate deals while collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Utilize proprietary sales tools to convert leads into clients and maintain positive business relationships
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to ensure effective presentations and strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience as a Software Engineer or relevant IT degree is a plus
