Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify business opportunities and upselling potential
  • Utilize sales tools to convert leads into clients and maintain positive relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective prospect strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and deal closure
  • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Experience in software engineering or a related IT degree is a plus
