Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and foster client relationships, the full-time Remote Account Manager will conduct market research, negotiate deals, and create strategic Account Plans while working collaboratively with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities and upselling prospects
- Utilize sales tools to convert leads into clients and maintain positive business relationships
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to ensure effective presentations and solutions for clients
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles in the IT/Tech industry
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in software engineering or a related IT degree is a plus
