Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and market research.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality presentations and develop appropriate prospect strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience in developing long-term relationships with clients
