Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and report on revenue growth while conducting market research for upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals while developing strategic Account Plans
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles in the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience as a Software Engineer or related IT degree is a plus
