Job Summary
Experienced in client engagement, the full-time Remote Account Manager will build lasting relationships with clients, conduct market research for upselling opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective deal closure and strategic account planning.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality presentations and develop appropriate prospect strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a related degree is a plus
