Job Summary
Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
- Utilize sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients while collaborating with Sales Management and Marketing teams
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships to boost revenue growth and profitability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client engagement roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven experience in customer relationship management with a focus on closing deals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a related degree is a plus
