Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Remote Account Manager, the candidate will build lasting relationships with clients, conduct market research for upselling opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective deal closure and strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on growth metrics
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients through effective communication and presentations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with proprietary sales tools for lead conversion is preferred
