Job Summary
Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities and upselling prospects
- Utilize proprietary sales tools to convert leads into clients and maintain positive business relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective prospect strategies and account plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven track record in customer relationship management, deal closure, and long-term client engagement
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
