Job Summary
To build lasting client relationships, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on growth metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality presentations and solutions for clients
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or equivalent roles in the IT/Tech industry
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience in developing long-term relationships with clients
