Job Summary

To build lasting client relationships, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and market research.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on growth metrics
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to enhance revenue and profitability
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client engagement roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with proprietary sales tools for lead conversion is a plus
