Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Utilize proprietary sales tools to convert leads into clients and establish rapport through email and phone communications
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to ensure quality presentations and maintain positive business relationships
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles in the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and deal closure
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in software engineering or a related IT degree is a plus
