Job Summary

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Utilize sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients while collaborating with internal teams for effective presentations
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships to promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management, closing deals, and developing long-term client relationships
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience as a Software Engineer or a related degree is a plus
