Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, negotiate deals, and create strategic Account Plans while conducting market research and reporting on performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective prospect strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within the IT/Tech industry
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience in developing long-term relationships with clients
