Job Summary
Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate and close deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic Account Plans while regularly reporting on revenue and headcount growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality presentations and provide complete solutions to boost revenue
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or equivalent roles within the IT/Tech Industry
- Proven experience in customer relationship management with a focus on closing deals
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a related degree is a plus
