Job Summary

Building lasting client relationships, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and market research.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining positive business relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective prospect strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Experience in software engineering or a related IT degree is a plus
