Job Summary

Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will manage client relationships, facilitate training, and ensure high-quality service delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and production teams, understanding goals and time constraints
  • Manage client calls, training sessions, and maintain comprehensive client documentation
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and coordinate annual enrollment activities with clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or Communication preferred
  • 4+ years of client management experience in the consumer accounts or employee benefits industry
  • Strong understanding of consumer spending account administration
  • Proven relationship management and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively lead client meetings and deliver presentations
