Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Remote Account Manager, the successful candidate will build lasting client relationships, conduct market research for upselling opportunities, and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality presentations and solutions for clients
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with software engineering or a related degree is a plus
