Job Summary
Taking full ownership of the client experience, the full-time Remote Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, operational proficiency in travel services, and relationship management, all while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Uphold high standards of client communication and service, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all travel arrangements
- Manage client relationships, projects, and deadlines, resolving conflicts and adapting to changing requirements
- Understand and review all service requests for Air, Housing, and Ground Travel, delivering timely and accurate options to clients
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a client-serving role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in travel, logistics, GDS Sabre, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms is a plus
- Passion for building relationships and collaborating within a team
