- Providing strategic planning, implementation and communication for clients
- Delivering exceptional experience to clients to build and foster long-lasting relationships
- Serving as client contact for day-to-day online marketing projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Work from home 1-2 days per week
- 1-3 years in account management of online marketing and/or web technology fields
- Strong working knowledge of how Websites, Mobile Sites, SEO, and Social Media work
- Strong written, communication and organizational skills
- Experience using project management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
