Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing a strong level of client service by utilizing interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve any issues
  • Accurately documenting conversations with clients and carriers in our CRM system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Active/Current Property and Casualty License
  • Commercial Lines: 3+ years
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance coverage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
