Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing a strong level of client service by utilizing interpersonal and organizational skills
- Acting as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve any issues
- Accurately documenting conversations with clients and carriers in our CRM system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Active/Current Property and Casualty License
- Commercial Lines: 3+ years
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance coverage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
