Job Summary
An IT strategy and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Being responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
Position Requirements Include:
- Complete ongoing security awareness training
- Timely and accurate quotation and order placement for all assigned accounts
- Comply with company policies to the requirements section
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to properly forecast stocking needs
