Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting and managing expectations proactively
- Accessing and analyzing significant amounts of data
- Regularly working to identify unfulfilled client needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or extensive related job experience
- 2-4 years of experience in client management in financial services, credit cards, or online marketing
- Must be very comfortable with numbers and highly proficient in Excel to analyze data
- Must be able to grasp the key drivers of the business
- Strong communication, relationship-building and client service experience
- Solid understanding of web metrics, online pricing structures and how they impact the profitability of business
