Job Summary

A pioneer in powering decentralized online marketplaces is seeking a Remote Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Setting and managing expectations proactively
  • Accessing and analyzing significant amounts of data
  • Regularly working to identify unfulfilled client needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or extensive related job experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in client management in financial services, credit cards, or online marketing
  • Must be very comfortable with numbers and highly proficient in Excel to analyze data
  • Must be able to grasp the key drivers of the business
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and client service experience
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, online pricing structures and how they impact the profitability of business
