Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital and Phone Account Manager, preferably with experience in marketing, customer service, or sales. You will be part of a Lead Generation team for a growing software development company specialised in selling the services of IT consultants to clients in Germany. You will have the freedom to work with flexible hours anywhere in the world, as long as Internet and telephone / mobile connections are strong.
Responsibilities:
Your most important task will be communication with leads and existing customers who are interested in hiring one of our consultants. No technology or software development knowledge required. We don't do cold-calls; all your calls will be with leads and existing customers already actively interested in working and/or extending their cooperation with us.
Collaboration with international team members in Canada, Germany, and the Philippines.
Communication via e-mail, XING, LinkedIN, and phone in German

Required:
Bilingual in German and English
Excellent communication skills

Degree or background in marketing or sales (optional)
