A provider of legal staffing and recruiting services has a current position open for a Remote Account Manager in Minneapolis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building strong client relationships to maintain existing business and expand services
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience working in the legal industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Satisfactory problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer needs
- Up-to-date understanding of the legal industry’s consumer behavior, particularly corporate legal departments
