Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries in a call center environment
  • Maintaining awareness of the way performance and actions affect members
  • Providing the best possible service in relation to billing, claims, enrollment, benefits, suggestions, and complaints

Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Call center experience
  • Health insurance experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must have a private workstation and internet connectivity
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and answer inquiries while typing information into the computer system
