Remote Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Representative Collections - WAH.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for residential and commercial accounts
• Process payments for delinquent accounts and set up payment installments
• Issue service restoration and emergency orders as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift
• Computer/technology savvy with multitasking capabilities
• Excellent attendance record
