Remote Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Representative to manage customer relationships and support sales initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the sales process to customers, ensuring alignment with field strategies
• Maintain proactive contact with assigned accounts and follow up on field team visits
• Support territory planning and assist with customer communications and promotional initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience in inside sales, account management, and/or customer service
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in a remote setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred
• Previous telephone-based sales experience is highly desirable
