Remote Account Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Account Representative will assist patients in understanding their accounts and finding solutions while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with patients to clarify account details and offer payment options
• Document interactions accurately in the system and meet performance goals
• Provide empathetic support during sensitive conversations regarding financial responsibilities

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to build trust and navigate sensitive discussions
• A reliable and detail-oriented work style
• Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
