Remote Account Representative

Job Summary

To support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in inbound and outbound calls, offer payment solutions, and document interactions while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding their accounts and provide appropriate payment options
• Manage a high volume of calls to resolve account inquiries effectively
• Document all interactions accurately in the company's systems and meet performance goals

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations
• A reliable and detail-oriented work style
• Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
