Job Summary
To support patients in managing their accounts, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in empathetic conversations, offer payment solutions, and handle a high volume of calls while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients in understanding their accounts and provide suitable payment options
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while documenting interactions accurately
- Achieve performance goals with the support and coaching provided
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Ability to build trust and manage sensitive conversations effectively
- A reliable and detail-oriented work style
- Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
