Remote Account Representative

Job Summary

To support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in inbound and outbound calls, provide payment options, and document interactions while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding their accounts and finding appropriate solutions
• Offer various payment options, including full balance payments and payment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in the system while meeting performance goals

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations effectively
• A reliable and detail-oriented work style
• Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
