Job Summary

Helping patients navigate their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide payment options, and document interactions while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist patients in understanding their accounts and offer suitable payment solutions
  • Handle a high volume of calls while accurately documenting interactions in the system
  • Achieve performance goals with ongoing support and coaching
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections role
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Ability to build trust and manage sensitive conversations effectively
  • A reliable and detail-oriented work style
  • Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
