Job Summary
To support patient financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will assist individuals in understanding their accounts, offer payment solutions, and manage a high volume of calls while working from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with patients to clarify account details and propose payment options
- Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls while documenting interactions accurately
- Achieve performance goals with ongoing support and coaching
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Proven ability to build trust and navigate sensitive conversations
- A reliable and detail-oriented work style
- Must reside in specific states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
